We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the management of our QA Department, plan, monitor, and coordinate QC/QA activities to achieve required product quality standards.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement in quality control processes, identify and resolve quality issues, and implement effective quality management systems. You will work closely with production teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure that our products meet all specifications and exceed expectations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support the management of the QA Department and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate QC/QA activities to achieve required product quality
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection methods
- Conduct product inspections and tests to verify quality standards
- Identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions
- Analyze quality data and report on quality metrics and trends
- Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and reduce defects
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance in manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
