Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for manufacturing products
- Conduct manual and automated testing procedures to identify defects
- Document test results and maintain quality control documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Implement and improve quality assurance processes
- Analyze test data to recommend quality improvements
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of QA experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies
- Proficiency in testing tools and defect tracking systems
- Certification in Six Sigma or ISO standards preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
