Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product quality compliance
- Conduct manual and automated testing of electronic components and systems
- Identify, document, and track defects using QA management tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement corrective actions
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and preventive measures
- Validate product specifications against industry standards and requirements
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics reports
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or testing roles
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing frameworks
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and manufacturing quality standards
- Experience with automated testing tools and scripts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams
