In this role, you will be the guardian of our product excellence, ensuring that every item leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
As our QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our production lifecycle. You won't just be identifying defects; you will be instrumental in developing robust testing protocols, analyzing root causes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for an analytical mind who is passionate about process optimization and maintaining high-quality benchmarks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality inspection plans and testing protocols.
- Monitor production processes to ensure strict adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of the manufacturing floor to identify process gaps and non-compliance issues.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for identified defects.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize workflows and reduce scrap/rework rates.
- Maintain detailed quality documentation, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen/Six Sigma) to enhance overall product reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO standards) and inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
