TDK Corporation is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our products and services. You will manage customer feedback and issues, maintaining regular communication to ensure timely resolution and alignment with our quality assurance protocols. We are seeking a proactive professional who can identify potential risks early in the development lifecycle and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
As a QA Engineer at TDK, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to define quality requirements and acceptance criteria. You will execute comprehensive testing strategies, from manual exploratory testing to automated regression suites, ensuring that every release meets our rigorous standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing user satisfaction and product stability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and existing systems.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and communicate clearly with developers regarding issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that recent code changes have not introduced unintended side effects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Manage customer issues and feedback, maintaining regular communication to ensure timely resolution and alignment with project goals.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure quality is built into the product from the ground up.
- Automate repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Black-box, White-box, Integration, and Regression testing.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to product quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with international teams.
