New System Precision Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our operations in Ulu Tiram, Johor. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring our products meet stringent quality standards before reaching the market.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end quality control processes, from developing test strategies to identifying root causes of defects. We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about process improvement and possesses a strong technical background in manufacturing quality assurance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate product functionality and performance.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, bugs, and usability issues in manufacturing systems.
- Analyze test results, document detailed bug reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of product failures and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production quality metrics and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO quality standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the production lifecycle.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance best practices and testing methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the manufacturing or precision engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficiency in using testing tools, defect tracking software (e.g., JIRA), and SQL databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
