Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools
- Perform manual and automated testing including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the SDLC
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on product quality metrics
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using industry tools
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and defect tracking systems
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, Cypress)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
