Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control plans and inspection procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product non-conformances and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing process data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to uphold quality standards from raw materials to finished goods.
- Perform regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality requirements.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to management to support decision-making.
- Manage calibration schedules for testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a QA or QC role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Pareto Analysis, and Six Sigma methodology.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and inspection equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively coordinate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced production setting.
