We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join the dynamic team at CSE Automotive Technologies. In this key position, you will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence by overseeing quality processes and ensuring the highest standards of product integrity. Your day-to-day will involve auditing suppliers to guarantee compliance, managing complex customer complaints, and ensuring strict adherence to international standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO certifications.
As a Quality Assurance professional, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, document quality performance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify potential issues before they escalate. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage and optimize quality control processes to minimize defects.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO management systems.
- Document quality reports, audits, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
