Tanggung Jawab
- Address and resolve customer quality issues with urgency and precision
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, engineering, procurement) for CAPA implementation
- Conduct rigorous quality audits and inspections during assembly processes
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and control procedures
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations
- Train production teams on quality best practices and standards
- Collaborate with R&D on product design improvements for manufacturability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience in manufacturing/assembly environments
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis)
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills
- Familiarity with assembly processes and manufacturing technologies
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
