Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional looking to make an impact in the automotive industry? PRORIDE AUTO SUSPENSION MALAYSIA Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team in Klang. We specialize in high-performance automotive suspension systems and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and reliability.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our production lifecycle, ensuring that our products meet rigorous quality specifications. You will be responsible for upholding our quality management systems and ensuring full compliance with international automotive standards, specifically IATF 16949. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain the IATF 16949 Quality Management System (QMS) across production lines.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Analyze non-conformities, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to reduce defect rates and improve process efficiency.
- Oversee calibration of testing equipment and ensure all measuring tools are in compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and documentation for management review.
- Participate in PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and ensure product readiness for market.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 standards and internal auditing requirements.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, and MSA.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
