Tanggung Jawab
- Program and optimize CMM inspections using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MCOSMOS software
- Perform dimensional analysis and geometric measurements on manufactured components
- Develop and execute quality control plans for new and existing products
- Analyze measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports
- Calibrate and maintain CMM equipment to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Document inspection procedures and maintain quality records
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CMM programming and operations
- Proficiency in PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MCOSMOS software
- Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Experience with precision measurement instruments and techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
