In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our quality management systems, ensuring that our products meet the highest industry standards while driving continuous process improvements.
As a QA Engineer, you will lead First Article Inspections (FAI), manage rigorous quality audits, and oversee complex root cause analysis (RCA) investigations. We are looking for a proactive leader who can supervise team operations, coordinate cross-departmental quality meetings, and bridge the gap between production efficiency and stringent compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and ensure all product specifications align with technical drawings.
- Manage customer quality claims and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Lead cross-functional root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve manufacturing quality issues.
- Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Provide technical support to production lines to reduce defect rates and improve yield.
- Update and maintain quality control standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise the QA inspection team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Coordinate quality meetings with stakeholders to address non-conformance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Pareto Analysis, and 8D reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience in managing supplier quality and conducting incoming material inspections.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to data analysis.
- Able to work effectively in the Bedok area.
