Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and control the quality of electroplating production processes to ensure compliance with internal and customer specifications.
- Perform regular monitoring and analysis of chemical baths and plating solutions to maintain optimal production conditions.
- Lead the investigation of customer quality issues and complaints using root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5-Whys, Fishbone).
- Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and generate comprehensive 8D reports.
- Collaborate with the production department to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce scrap rates.
- Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products using precision measurement tools.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Specific experience or knowledge in electroplating, surface treatment, or chemical processing is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer audits and technical inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment in Simpang Ampat.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality auditing processes.
