Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Perform manual and automated testing including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Mentor junior QA engineers on testing methodologies, tools, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements meet quality specifications
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with defect tracking systems and test management platforms
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience mentoring junior QA engineers or team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
