As a Night Shift QA Engineer, you will be responsible for executing both manual and automated testing processes. You will translate complex business requirements into robust test scripts, creating automation scenarios that ensure seamless software delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts to support regression testing and repeated execution.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues to prevent future occurrences.
- Continuously improve existing test automation frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in manual and automated software testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies within an Agile framework.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly document bugs and status reports.
