We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Sungai Petani. In this role, you will be the guardian of our product quality, ensuring that every item leaving our production line meets the highest industry standards. You will work closely with production teams to identify quality issues early, perform in-depth root cause analysis, and spearhead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify potential quality defects.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformities and product rejections.
- Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce waste.
- Perform regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, test reports, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing workflows.
- Assist in the training of production staff regarding quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements for manufacturing quality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance role.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO standards preferred).
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools and measurement equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma concepts is a plus.
