The Role:
As a QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality and reliability throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive quality assurance protocols, conducting rigorous process inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments. This position offers a standard Monday – Friday work schedule (8:15 am – 6:00 pm), allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive root cause analysis for non-conformances using tools like FMEA, 8D, and SPC.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma) to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Manage customer complaints and returns effectively, coordinating with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform internal and supplier audits, ensuring adherence to quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Production and Engineering teams to establish quality checkpoints and validate new equipment or processes.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, metrics, and presentations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment (Semiconductor or Electronics experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA).
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Internal Auditor certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment (CMM, OGP, Calipers, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Pontian, Johor.
