Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA protocols to ensure compliance with global engineering and manufacturing standards.
- Perform regular process audits and quality inspections to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues effectively and prevent recurring defects.
- Manage quality documentation, including SOPs, test reports, and compliance certifications.
- Conduct equipment calibration checks and ensure all testing instrumentation meets precision requirements.
- Lead internal quality training sessions to foster a culture of quality awareness across the manufacturing floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a QA or QC role within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and other relevant industry standards.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and FMEA.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and precision measurement specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills to work across various levels of the organization and with external vendors.
