Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive reliability demonstration and characterization test plans.
- Conduct ongoing testing to assess product robustness throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
- Create detailed test scripts, execute test cases, and document findings to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze test data to identify performance trends and provide actionable insights for product improvement.
- Manage defect tracking and verification processes to ensure seamless product releases.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and test environments to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in QA Engineering, specifically in reliability or hardware/software characterization.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
- Experience with testing tools, automation frameworks, and defect management software (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
