Join Sysgen as a QA Equipment Engineer and become a vital part of our quality assurance team in Laguna, Calabarzon. This full-time, direct-hire position offers an onsite role with a consistent day shift schedule (Monday–Friday), providing stability and work-life balance. As a QA Equipment Engineer, you'll ensure our manufacturing equipment meets rigorous quality standards through systematic testing, calibration, and maintenance protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of manufacturing equipment to ensure quality compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for equipment calibration and maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Document all quality control activities, test results, and equipment performance metrics
- Train production staff on proper equipment operation and quality standards
- Monitor equipment performance data to identify trends and prevent quality issues
- Ensure all equipment meets safety regulations and industry standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems and standards
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and testing equipment for industrial machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
