We are seeking a dedicated QA Executive to join our quality assurance team at Tatawa Industries (M) Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our quality control department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting product inspections, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with our Research and Development team to ensure accurate product packaging declarations, including ingredient and allergen information. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for maintaining quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define new product packaging declarations, including ingredient and allergen advice, based on recipes provided by R&D
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for manufacturing processes
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
- Document quality control activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare quality reports
- Identify and investigate quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality assurance
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with all requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in quality control testing methods and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with quality management systems is an advantage
