Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and testing of manufactured products
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures aligned with industry standards
- Document quality issues, defects, and corrective actions in compliance systems
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related challenges
- Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and customer specifications
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
- Prepare detailed quality reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and software
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
