Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.
- Conduct internal quality audits and inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes closely to identify deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation, including batch records, non-conformance reports, and inspection logs.
- Liaise with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train staff on hygiene practices, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or food manufacturing environments.
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000/9001 quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
