Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support the QA team in monitoring production processes and identifying areas for quality improvement.
- Document all test results, inspection reports, and non-conformance records accurately and timely.
- Assist in the root cause analysis of quality defects and help implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and manufacturing, to ensure seamless quality workflows.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Participate in internal audits and support the team in maintaining ISO or relevant industry certification standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in quality control are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and basic quality management systems is an added advantage.
