Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and overseas suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
- Document and report quality findings and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor production processes to identify and prevent quality problems
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Proven experience in quality assurance or similar role, preferably in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software
