Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular internal audits and quality control inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality assurance documentation and records.
- Monitor production and service processes to identify defects or deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to management for review.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure quality goals are met across all projects.
- Train staff on quality standards and compliance procedures to foster a culture of excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Quality Management, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant quality management software.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team structure.
