Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document quality issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and inspection reports
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related problems
- Monitor production processes to identify and address potential quality deviations
- Assist in implementing ISO quality management systems and standards
- Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control/assurance
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in quality inspection tools and testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
