Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal operational protocols.
- Perform root cause analysis on quality defects and recommend actionable improvements.
- Monitor production workflows to identify bottlenecks and suggest process optimization strategies.
- Document and maintain detailed quality inspection reports and compliance records.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics departments to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders regarding quality performance and audit findings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably within Manufacturing or Logistics.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant industrial standards.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead audit presentations and team training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality documentation software.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
