You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and ensure that every facet of our operations meets or exceeds industry regulations and client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures for marine and logistics operations.
- Conduct regular internal audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maritime safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to service quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, including investigating root causes and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with operations managers to streamline workflows and improve process documentation.
- Facilitate quality training sessions for staff to promote a culture of quality awareness and service excellence.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and presentations for management review.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and clients on all quality-related matters.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably within the Marine, Shipping, or Logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and maritime regulatory frameworks (e.g., IMO, MPA).
- Certified Internal Auditor status is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
