Are you passionate about food safety and quality excellence? Astro Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented QA Fresh to join our dynamic hub team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will be the guardian of our product standards, ensuring that every fresh and frozen item reaching our customers meets the highest quality and safety requirements.
As a QA Fresh, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory from storage to dispatch. You will monitor cold-chain compliance, conduct rigorous physical inspections, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily quality inspections on all incoming fresh and frozen product arrivals.
- Monitor and record storage temperatures to ensure compliance with food safety protocols.
- Execute systematic checks on inventory storage conditions to prevent spoilage and quality degradation.
- Coordinate the management and disposition of bad stock/damaged goods efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive digital and physical documentation of all quality checks.
- Prepare accurate daily quality reports for management review.
- Collaborate with hub operations to address quality-related bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Quality Control, Warehouse Operations, or Food Handling is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product defects quickly.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and cold-chain management.
- Proficient in using basic office tools and mobile reporting applications.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hub environment, including shift flexibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills regarding stock inventory.
- Reside in or willing to work in the Jakarta Timur area.
