Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
- Document inspection results and non-conformance reports (NCRs) accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment to ensure reliability.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality management system (QMS) procedures.
- Report on daily inspection activities and quality trends to management.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role within the manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, including ISO 9001, is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor defects.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
