Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect incoming raw materials and components to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Conduct in-process inspections at various production stages to identify and address quality issues
- Perform final inspections on finished products to verify compliance with quality standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality control records
- Identify and report any defects or non-conformances to the production team
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions
- Use precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product dimensions and quality
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification preferred
- Previous experience in quality inspection or a similar role in manufacturing
- Familiarity with quality control principles and inspection techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills
- Good communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
