Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and detailed inspections of finished carton products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production lines to identify potential defects or inconsistencies early in the manufacturing process.
- Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations from quality benchmarks to the production supervisor.
- Utilize measuring tools and visual inspection techniques to verify dimensions, structural integrity, and print quality.
- Perform color verification checks to ensure brand accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions when quality issues are detected.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment of at least High School graduate or equivalent.
- Proven experience working as a QA Inspector or in a similar manufacturing quality role.
- Exceptional visual acuity, including excellent close vision and the ability to distinguish subtle color variations.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity in evaluating product quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks related to inspection.
- Basic understanding of quality control documentation and reporting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
