Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials and finished plastic components.
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks.
- Document all inspection results accurately and maintain detailed logs for production records.
- Identify, isolate, and report non-conforming products to the production supervisor immediately.
- Conduct regular checks on measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and calibration.
- Assist in the implementation of corrective actions to reduce waste and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or higher.
- Diploma or relevant technical certificate is considered a distinct advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle defects.
- Must be able to start work immediately.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or blueprints is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Willingness to work on shifts if required by production demands.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
