In this critical role, you will oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring that every precision part meets the rigorous safety and performance standards of the aviation industry. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams, utilizing state-of-the-art inspection equipment to maintain our reputation for excellence.
As a QA Inspector, you will be responsible for interpreting complex technical drawings and verifying that manufactured components adhere to strict specifications. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in detecting any deviations that could impact flight safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed inspection of aerospace components using precision measuring instruments and CMMs.
- Verify product conformance to blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T standards.
- Document inspection findings and generate accurate quality reports in the internal system.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
- Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures where applicable.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection workspace in compliance with 5S standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing inspection.
- Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high precision.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and meet production deadlines.
