Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise measurements using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and other QA inspection instruments
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accuracy
- Analyze measurement data and document results according to quality standards
- Identify and report quality issues to the production team
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve quality concerns
- Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports
- Follow established quality control procedures and safety protocols
- Continuously improve inspection methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operation and programming
- Familiarity with QA inspection instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills for reporting quality issues
- Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools
