Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality control records
- Identify, analyze, and report quality issues to prevent non-conformities
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Perform audits of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Utilize inspection tools and equipment effectively to maintain quality standards
- Participate in developing and updating quality assurance protocols and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or inspection roles
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in using inspection equipment and quality control software
- Good communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly
