Are you detail-oriented with a passion for perfection? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Inspector to join our growing team at Philippine Bed and Furniture Manufacturing Corp. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in our production process, ensuring that every piece of furniture meets our rigorous quality standards before it reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, ranging from timber and fabric to hardware components, as well as evaluating finished products for structural integrity, finish quality, and overall functionality. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials and finished furniture products to verify compliance with company specifications and customer requirements.
- Utilize precision measuring tools and gauges to detect defects, dents, or inconsistencies in wood, upholstery, and metal components.
- Maintain detailed quality control logs and reports, documenting any deviations and communicating issues to the production supervisor immediately.
- Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of quality assurance protocols and ISO standards.
- Ensure that all production lines adhere to safety and hygiene regulations throughout the inspection process.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot quality issues and suggest corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor defects.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15kg).
- Familiarity with basic measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, rulers).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
