Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Lead test automation initiatives using industry-standard frameworks and tools
- Execute performance, stress, and load testing to validate system scalability
- Identify, document, and track defects through the entire SDLC
- Mentor QA team members and establish quality assurance best practices
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Generate detailed test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in lead/management roles
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Proven experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication abilities
