Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor QA teams in executing comprehensive testing strategies for banking/capital market applications
- Design and implement test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools (Selenium, Appium, JIRA)
- Oversee functional, regression, performance, and security testing for complex financial systems
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to define test cases and quality metrics
- Manage defect lifecycles and ensure timely resolution through agile methodologies
- Develop test documentation including plans, scripts, and execution reports
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of QA experience with 3+ years in lead/management roles
- Proven expertise in testing banking/capital market applications or financial systems
- Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with regulatory compliance testing (GDPR, PSD2, Basel III)
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar quality assurance methodologies preferred
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring technical teams
