Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in regulatory affairs for the cosmetics industry? We are looking for a dedicated QA Lead / Technical Responsible Person (PJT) to join our dynamic import and distribution team in beautiful Bali.
In this critical role, you will be the cornerstone of our compliance and quality operations, ensuring that all imported cosmetic products meet the strict standards set by BPOM (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan). You will oversee the entire product lifecycle from a regulatory standpoint, managing notifications, documentation, labeling, and product claims.
Beyond regulatory compliance, you will lead our warehouse QA operations. This includes establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conducting rigorous inspections to guarantee product integrity from the moment it arrives until it is dispatched. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute BPOM notifications and registrations for all imported cosmetic products.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and maintenance of Detailed Information on Cosmetics Products (DIP).
- Review and approve product labels, marketing claims, and promotional materials to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian import regulations and customs requirements related to cosmetics.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse QA processes and inspections.
- Conduct regular quality inspections, sampling, and audits of incoming shipments and warehouse storage conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and marketing, to ensure seamless and compliant product launches.
- Stay updated on the latest BPOM regulations, industry trends, and quality standards to proactively adjust company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Responsible Person (PJT) or QA Lead, specifically within the cosmetics or FMCG sector.
- In-depth knowledge of BPOM regulations, including notification processes, DIP requirements, and labeling laws.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and warehouse management.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex regulatory documents and technical data.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective QA SOPs in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively train and guide operational teams.
- Willingness to be based in Bali and manage multiple regulatory projects simultaneously.
