You will manage the end-to-end quality control lifecycle, from raw material verification to final product release, ensuring that our manufacturing plant operates at peak performance while adhering to strict HACCP and ISO guidelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance team to ensure high performance and adherence to departmental KPIs.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HACCP, ISO 9001, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all production lines.
- Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances, customer complaints, and internal audit findings effectively.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of quality checks into daily workflows.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process controls, and finished goods to guarantee compliance with specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international food safety regulations and export standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, and GMP standards.
- Proven track record in managing a cross-functional quality team and handling complex quality issues.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on data-driven results.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and quality management software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred for communication with international stakeholders.
