CLEVR Consultancy is partnering with a premier food manufacturing facility in Binan City, Laguna, to find a dynamic and detail-oriented QA Manager. In this role, you will lead the charge in upholding the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
You will oversee the entire quality lifecycle, from raw material inspection to final product release. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical requirements and operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the production floor. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and product specifications.
- Conduct regular internal audits and manage third-party audits to maintain regulatory and client-specific certifications.
- Analyze quality data and trend reports to identify root causes of non-conformity and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and R&D teams to streamline processes and minimize product waste.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely investigation and resolution.
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities meet strict hygiene and sanitation standards as per food safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment.
- Proven knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and FDA regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing diverse teams in a fast-paced production setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and QMS documentation software.
