About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance department at our garment manufacturing facility based in Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the champion of quality, responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest standards that align with our global clients' expectations. You will manage a dedicated team of quality professionals, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will take full ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS), encompassing raw material inspection, in-process quality control, and final product audits. Your responsibilities will extend to conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and reducing quality-related costs. You will play a crucial role in supplier development and production readiness evaluations.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Textile Engineering or a related field, with extensive experience in QA management within the garment or textile sector. You possess strong leadership skills, excellent command of English, and a deep understanding of AQL standards, ISO 9001, and Lean methodologies. Your track record of successfully managing teams and improving quality metrics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Control supervisors and inspectors, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee in-line and final random inspections (AQL) to ensure product conformity and specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to evaluate and audit supplier and vendor quality performance.
- Prepare and present detailed quality performance reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen within the factory.
- Manage customer complaints and returns, leading investigations to prevent recurrence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically within the garment or textile manufacturing industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, sewing techniques, and finishing processes.
- Proficiency in AQL standards, sampling plans, and quality testing protocols.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP systems.
