Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery and post-service inspections on all machinery to ensure adherence to Kubota quality standards.
- Perform complex mechanical diagnostics to identify technical issues and determine the root cause of equipment failures.
- Execute precise warranty repairs and modifications according to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain detailed service logs and inspection reports for every unit handled to support quality data tracking.
- Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to resolve technical defects and implement preventative measures.
- Ensure all workshop tools and testing equipment are properly calibrated and maintained for operational readiness.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team regarding equipment troubleshooting and maintenance best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a mechanic, preferably handling heavy equipment or agricultural machinery.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and diagnostic software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
- Ability to interpret complex technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Baesa, Metro Manila.
