Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily operations of the QA & Mixer Department, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for raw materials and finished products
- Manage mixing processes to maintain product consistency and specifications
- Conduct regular quality audits and product inspections
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Train staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
- Proficiency in operating mixing equipment and testing instruments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in quality control (e.g., ISO 9001) is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
