- Oversee production activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements and food safety standards
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits across manufacturing processes
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation systems
- Investigate product quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor adherence to HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related concerns
- Prepare and submit quality assurance reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance within food manufacturing
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in food safety management is advantageous
