Astro Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Officer to join our team at Hub Bogor. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that our fresh and frozen inventory meets the highest standards of quality and safety before distribution. You will be responsible for overseeing the cold chain logistics, monitoring storage conditions, and implementing strict quality control measures to minimize waste and maximize customer satisfaction.
As a QA Officer, you will work closely with the logistics team to coordinate bad stock management and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. We are looking for a candidate who is analytical, observant, and passionate about maintaining excellence in the supply chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality inspections on incoming and outgoing fresh and frozen products to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor and record storage temperatures continuously to prevent spoilage and maintain product integrity.
- Coordinate and manage the process for bad stock identification, reporting, and disposal in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and submit daily quality reports and documentation to management and logistics teams.
- Ensure proper documentation of all quality control procedures, inspection results, and warehouse conditions.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners and warehouse staff to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and internal quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance within the food, beverage, or logistics sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cold chain management principles and food safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect minor quality defects.
- Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel for data recording and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
