Domino's Pizza Indonesia is looking for a meticulous and proactive QA Officer (Quality Assurance) to join our digital and technology team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will ensure our digital platforms, online ordering systems, and internal retail applications function flawlessly to deliver the ultimate customer experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, write, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios for web, mobile (Android/iOS), and retail POS systems.
- Perform thorough regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing of digital platforms.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track system bugs and inconsistencies using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, product owners, and business analysts to align testing requirements.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation verification testing in live environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality assurance standards, processes, and methodologies.
- Generate comprehensive test summary reports for stakeholders before major product rollouts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience as a QA Officer, Software Tester, or Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Redmine).
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Katalon) is a distinct advantage.
- Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a quality-driven mindset.
